Riverfront Place

Built on an environmentally challenged Missouri River waterfront site adjacent to Downtown Omaha, Riverfront Place contains 107 condominium units within two luxury condominium towers and street-level townhomes. The project also contains a small amount of boutique commercial space.  As co-managing Member of Riverfront Holdings, LLC, Ross Robb:

• Worked with the City of Omaha and Development Team on
  • Development and Disposition Agreement
  • Environmental Indemnities
  • Mixed-Use Agreement
  • Tax Increment Financing
• Processed project approvals through City of Omaha Planning & Zoning and City Council approvals
• Worked with Chamber of Commerce and a variety of Omaha community stakeholder groups to gain community support for the project
• Worked with the residential brokerage community to market and sell condominium and townhome units.
