Holloway Avenue Mixed-Use Project

Located on University property in a highly urban setting immediately adjacent to the San Francisco State University Campus, this 245,000 gross square foot project consists of 584 student beds within 169 dwelling units, 24,000 square feet of retail, office and amenity space and 33 parking spaces.

The project was approved by the California State University Board of Trustees in May 2017 and commenced construction in October 2018.  In his capacity as a Development Team member, Ross Robb led the negotiation of:

  • 65-year Ground Sublease
  • Marketing & License Agreement
  • Shared Responsibility Operations Plan
  • Related Real Estate and Operational Documents
  • Co-development and Assignment Agreements with American Campus Communities
