Located on the Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus, Century Hall and Citrus Dining Pavilion were the first housing and dining facilities built under a long-term Campus Master Plan. While Vice President of Public-Private Partnerships at University House Communities, Ross Robb:

• Worked with Arizona State University and Development Team on
  • 10-year Development Memorandum of Understanding
  • Ground Lease – Housing Facility
  • Development Management Agreement – Dining Pavilion
  • Marketing & License Agreement
• Processed 85,000 square foot, 318-bed freshman housing facility and 20,000 square foot Dining Pavilion through ASU development review processes in 2010-2011
• Opened both facilities on schedule and on budget in Fall, 2012
• Operated Century Hall 2012-2016
